Super efficient and friendly service
I went to all the major big box stores to get a copy of a club I bought off Craigslist. Everyone said they don't have blank club keys. After some searching I found Beehive. He looked at my steering wheel club key and said he had done these before. He had 4 or 5 blanks, and banged my spare out in about 4 minutes. I will try to go here for all my key needs.

Rekey all locks before moving in. Use deadbolts that extend at least 1 inch into the strike plate. Keep the garage locked.
Apartments
Only open lobby doors for people you know. Cover mail slots so no one can see if the unit is empty. Lock balcony doors.
Away from home
Ask a neighbour to park in your driveway. Use timers on lights. Do not talk about your schedule.
Your business
Change the safe combination often. Make frequent deposits. Vary your bank route. Secure the safe to the floor.
